I think you mixed up science and overall-do you mean you have a 4.0 science and 3.89 overall? Otherwise it doesn't add up. Congratz!

Sooo Temple updated my status to "Invited for Interview" yesterday but I haven't received an email from them...just a heads up to those waiting to hear from Temple to check your AADSAS status for updates (Im hoping Ill receive an email later today unless they've made a terribly mean mistake with the update 🙁)

I got a "Payment received" e-mail the day I submit my application (8/7) and a "received/under review" on AADSAS but haven't gotten an "Application complete and will be sent to the admissions committee etc,etc" e-mail.

Is the latter the one you're talking about?

I got an "application complete, sent for review" confirmation from UCSF on 8/22

UNC interview invite today! I'm OOS.

I submitted my supplemental online in the first week of August, and my AADSAS status changed on 8/17.

So my application is still not complete, I'm waiting on my pre-dental committee letter, but somehow BU still managed to send me an invite.

ALSO, I just submitted my secondary application 1 DAY AGO! I received an email from them this morning that they received it and a few hours later, I received an interview invite. I have no clue how this happened but I'm not complaining!

A question for all SDN users: I applied to quite a few schools and have received a rejection from one and am interviewing at another the end of October. However, I have not heart ANYTHING from the remaining 17 about updates on my status/application. For all that are willing to share, what has been your experience with contacting your schools (maybe just your top schools) to check on how things are going? I understand that 99% of schools ask you not to, but I've seen that some students have. Your feedback please.

Have you checked your AADSAS? I'm willing to bet they have at least updated your app to say you're under review.

Sorry. To be more clear, I have heard from all of them individually some time ago that my applications had been successfully submitted and were either 'waiting for review' or were 'currently under review'. AADSAS currently has 10 of those schools status up, but I know not all schools ever touch AADSAS. So my apps have been successfully completed and received, its just been dead quiet for the last month or so.

Goes to show, as long as your other scores are good, QR doesn't matter.

Out of curiosity, when did you send in your supplemental?

Well that sure makes me feel like a pile of crap. We have nearly identical stats. BU, Y U NO WANT ME?
 
He's from Massachusetts. I'm guessing in-state applicants get put at the top of the pile.
