First of all. comgrats to all of you who got accepted. What would be the minimum grade that one should obtain for the last Fall or Spring semester in order to keep the acceptance?

Usually need to keep A or B. If really tough class a C would be ok. Had a friend in this boat. He had to take Bio chem, anatomy and physiology 1 and 2 and cell bio. He ended up with at least b's in all of them and was ok for Missouri Kansas City.
 
Can anyone please tell me have they heard from UofD Mercy?

Interviewed at MWU-IL- no call/email yet
Interviewed at UDM- nothing yet... :/

Interview coming up at NOVA still....hopefull
 
Congrats everyone on the interviews!! Quick question, my acceptances have been e-mails/phone calls .. are scholarships usually given when acceptances are sent in the mail?
 
Hello future dentists. Congratulations to all of you who were accepted today! I have a question for my wife who applied and interviewed at West Virginia University. Did anyone who applied there get a call today that told them they were out right accepted or did they just tell you to look for a correspondence in the mail and wouldn't confirm or deny your status? Also did anyone get out right rejected or put on a wait list too? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please PM if you don't want to post here. thank you and congrats again to you all!

But accepted at Roseman!! My number one choice (in every way except for their scarce number of non-Mormon girls).

Still havent heard anything from Minnesota. And I have a interview at UNLV this friday, which is sweet cuz I can sit back and enjoy myself without having to worry about doing well and also Vegas.

Scholarships were sent via emails, if email was way they let you know you were accepted & told upon calling if informed via phone
 
Super sad earlier because a rejection from Columbia. The pure silence from 3 other schools made me think I was flat out rejected. A little premature but I was getting depressed.

However, I just got a call from UoP! Accepted!!! Bawled on the phone like a baby.

It's tough but hold on, guys. I think it is still too early to make assumptions

Just call, she said she would send packet in the mail but no email yet! Good luck! I'm sure it was good news

Silence from UT Houston and TAMU Baylor. IS.

Any out of state people declining OU acceptance?

Of the 4 schools I interviewed at, I got accepted to 3: NOVA, LECOM, and Case Western.

Choosing between Creighton and UMKC. I guess I have a month to think about it, but time flies. Help!:shrug:

are you friggin serious? I always thought you had one of the highest DAT scores and that'd get you some interviews.
Did you send your app in late? low GPA?

Hey Guys,

Congrats on all the acceptances! If you haven't been accepted yet, don't lose hope! Many people get multiple acceptances and will drop out of schools, opening up spots for others!

For those who were accepted to Creighton, or deciding between Creighton and another school, I am happy to help!

I am a fourth-year student, and can tell you the good, bad, and answer any other questions you might have!

Congrats to those who have been accepted and good luck to those waiting!

Potentially dumb question all, once you commit and deposit to a school, that you receive a bid from today (Washington) are you completely removed from any chance of changing and committing to another school (colorado) in say February when rolling admissions continue?

You can change your mind anytime, but be aware that you will likely lose your deposit. I know people who put a deposit down in hopes that they would get in to their #1, and then did.

I also know people who put a deposit down and didn't get in to their #1, but at least they had a spot.

Does anyone know when we will get the accepance packet from NYU? want to know if any scolarship offer was made.... too dang expensive!!!!

Just and update here. Been quite inactive in the last month or so. I have decided to attend the University of Sydney School of Dentistry as I am Canadian and it just made much more sense for a number of reasons. As a result, I have withdrawn my app from schools and have canceled my interviews. My hope is that these interviews will go to some of you who still need that one acceptance 🙂. The schools include Roseman, UMN, NYU, UDM, Rutgers and Western! Merry early Christmas...I hope these go to some awesome SDNers! :xf::clap:
 
Can you guys please tell us your stats and last mail out dates? It would be nice to see it in the format you used for interview invitations 🙂
