Creighton's admissions board is only Dr. Norton. He does all of the interviews and reviews all the apps. If you haven't heard back yet it is most likely because one person can only work so fast or you didn't check your "junk" folder since that is where many DS emails get sent for some reason.

Not every school uses the school decisions tab religiously. If I remember, NYU doesn't happen to update it and they just use email.

I honestly wouldn't look too far into it, for example under mine for CREIGHTON it says still waiting for additional information. But I already received an email from them saying my app was complete and ready for Review. and MWU says Under Review, but I already got an interview invite.

Don't look too deep into it. It basically means the same thing as far as we're concerned. As long as it doesn't say rejection, then your application is still under review.

It's still too early to get outright get rejected for most schools. It's going to be silence for a long time if they aren't interested in you. IIRC, some schools will put you in the "consideration for later" pile if they are slightly interested
