Thanks. All it says on their admissions website is "An applicant would be considered competitive if he/she had a science/cumulative GPA of 3.4 and 19s/20s on the DAT, specifically the total science, PAT and AA sections."

Unfortunately I went on a mission trip and got back yesterday so I didn't even know about these until I got back. I start work on August 18th so i'm not sure when I will be able to interview until I talk to my boss. I would first make sure that the schools don't have a deadline on when they need an answer on your interview date. Is it possible to call your new boss and ask when you can miss work (or call and say that you have certain dates picked out for an interview, and if it'd be possible to miss work to go to those)?

Yes I would probably set a date that would tentatively suit your schedule and go from there. If your boss lets you take those days off then great. If not , then you can always reschedule. And congratulations

I believe that application complete date is the day you press submit. Mail out date is when AADSAS sends your applications to your schools.

I thought application complete date was the day the school of your choice has received everything they need for your application to be considered complete? Like your secondary, application fee, official DAT scores, etc.

I considered retaking the DAT but I talked to a few schools (Texas) and they said my scores would be competitive. Should I start studying again and take it in a few months and resubmit my scores or stick with what I have? I just don't know how much I would improve in a short amount of time.. I doubt one point higher would help, right?

I think you'd be wasting your time retaking the day with a gpa like that. Sit tight, you turn is coming. it's still incredibly early in this marathon of a process.
