I looked up the website.
They are essentially looking for chiropodists, which explains the extremely low salary.

The only US DPM in there is the practice owner (the mustaches *have* moved to Asia)

For what it's worth, they're probably recruiting Australian DPMs. There, podiatry school is a 3 year doctorate, probably much cheaper tuition, and 0 year residency. It's a pretty competitive offer for the Australian podiatry job market (which also is not good)
