There is one school that still hasn't officially rejected me (though, obviously I know I am rejected). Anyone else in that situation? I wrote a couple of e-mails back in April to officially find out my status, but they never responded. It doesn't actually matter because I got into another program that I really wanted to attend, but can't help thinking that after my paying $60 and spending hours on their materials, this is incredibly rude! Maybe I should just let it go and think of it as me rejecting them rather than the other way around!

You could email them and withdraw your app. That could be fun. 😉

And, yeah, it's ridiculous IMO.

You're right, Cara. I should...just to have the last word! The odd thing is that this school began as one of my top choices and since applying, my impression of them has continually gone down.

Yeah, URI never sent me a rejection letter - so rude 🙁

I hear ya. It's not that getting rejection letters is fun, it's just that not knowing is worse! I was even more appalled when after hearing nothing by April 15th, when I inquired, they didn't even respond. I hope that your situation worked out anyway and that you're going somewhere awesome!

Aw, well thanks! Luckily it did 🙂
