I am a Pennsylvania resident and had an interview at Ohio State in late October. I was put in the "decison pending" category (surprise, surprise) but was eventually accepted. So for those of you, and I know there are a lot, who are pending, NOT all hope is lost. Also, the committee has a top 40, in which they review the top 40 pendings at the end of every month and give some offers.

Congrats on your acceptance! I was wondering when did you found out that your decision was pending and when did you found out that you were accepted?

I interviewed in the last meeting before the committee met in October. I therefore found out on the first monday in November that I was "status pending." I updated my file with a letter and sent my official transcripts on January 15th and found out I was in on Feb 2.
