OK What is my realistic chance?

So about 2 weeks ago I got a rejection from Ohio State, and today got rejected from Case. Maybe it's just Ohio, in which case they can go F themselves 😡 (not taking it too well), but probably it's me.

This is my 2nd realistic time applying (applied once while doing post-bac just to see what would happen...nothing did), so I pretty much have to get in this time or it's goodbye to the only profession I can see myself in.

Stats:
B.S. in psych in 12/05 from UMD...applied w/aadsas GPA 2.67, UMD GPA 2.96 (sucks I know).

Post-bac classes (8 upper-level science classes) applying w/4.0 AADSAS & school GPA.

DAT (taken in 08/05 & will expire after this app cycle): AA 21, TS 20, PAT 20

I think that you have a really good chance of getting in. I know that tufts puts a lot of emphasis on post bac grades. Case sucks!!! Don't be discouraged your DAT score is great.

People with your stats and lower have gotten in before. Stay confident, slay the interviews, and hopefully you'll get some acceptances. I'm rooting for ya.

i think that you stand a good chance a some schools but temple and NYU seem to be your best shots from what i have seen and read on here

and dont worry about OSU unless you are instate it takes a pretty good applicant

Hey. I'm in the same boat...You can check my stats on www.predents.com under kxb4777. I got an invitation to interview at NYU a week ago, so u still got a shot. If anything, start contacting admissions offices updating them of your status and maybe write a letter specifying why you want to attend a specific school.

Quit worrying, Case rejected lots of people...who knows why OSU rejected you. Schools have different criteria. With any luck, you will meet the criteria for one of them. Unfortunately, neither I nor anyone else here can tell you definitively either way. All you can do is your best and keep your fingers crossed.
