Oklahoma away rotation

I am planning on doing an away rotation at OU possibly. Does anyone know of a good place to stay that is on a med students budget. The student affairs office says it doesn't arrange visiting student housing and I have no friends or family in Oklahoma. Also any recs of attendings to work with while there. Thanks

Oklahoma is a great place to train as a resident and to rotate as a student. The attendings are very interested in helping medical students advance in their careers. The majority of students who rotate at DMEI spend their time on the neuro-ophth service. Dr. Brad Farris, Dr. Michael Siatkowski, and Dr. Anil Patel are the neuro-ophthalmology attendings.
