One-Year "Career Changer" Post-Bac vs. Two-Year "Career Changer" Post-Bac?

Hi!

I am wondering how manageable it is to do a one-year post-bac with studying for the MCAT compared to doing a two-year post-bac?

The rigor of both seem to be usually the same? I am wondering which I should aim for. Getting the prereqs for med school sooner would be ideal. Although, it seems like some recommend to take your time with completing the prereqs.
