Starting a thread for those applying to career-changer postbac programs for the 2027–2028 cycle! I haven’t seen a dedicated thread for this cycle yet, so I thought it might be helpful to have somewhere to share timelines, interview invites, decisions, and general application updates.

I’m applying to several programs this cycle and have received an interview invitation from UVA so far (I applied on 8/17.) Would love to hear where everyone else has applied and any updates as they come in!

I applied on August 17th and heard back on August 21st - super fast turnaround. I had my interview today, September 10th and should hear within the next two weeks.

I just got my acceptance email! I have a 3.8 UGPA and 29 ACT but lots of clinical and research exposure.

Sorry if I am asking too many questions lol. this might be a stupid question but how quickly do they want you to make a decision? like how long do they hold your spot for?
And what was the time distance between your interview and your acceptance?

UVA gives you two weeks! Vermont gave me three weeks to decide. I have also received invites from Colorado, Bryn Mawr, and Thomas Jefferson! I got rejected from Goucher right away haha.
