Any of you guys try this "Academy" ??

I hate having to read a book, would rather learn this from the 'pros' and be 'told' some of this. Obviously I know that some extra reading will be required.. Are these guys any good?

Don't know anything about them. It is probably a pretty safe bet that they make more money selling their advice than using it.
