Who is in charge of running the OR/board in your facility (managing add ons, opening rooms, etc)? Is it Anesthesia? Periop nursing? Some combination?

Always a combo at the places I've been at. Anesthesia needs to make sure we have staff and nurses need to make sure they have staff as well.

It works well. Its usually always a nursing staffing issue. It takes nurses longer to set up than us.
