order of protection question

Throwaway for obvious reasons. My vengeful ex issued an order of protection against me and I want to know if it is something I have to report in my med school applications under two possible scenarios: a. it was issued but it expired before I send in my primary, or b. it was issued but it didn't expire until after I send in my applications entirely. Also what does this do to my odds.
