Orgo II School Type Dilemma

Hello,
My situation
I transferred 2 years worth of credits from a community college (suny) to Union College. I graduated with a bachelor's of science in biology. I just need orgo II as a prerequisite and I work as a Patient Care Technician in the day.

The issue:
At the CC their class schedule is more condensed so it is easier for scheduling for my job.

Should i take Orgo II in a CC or in a University?
