The rate of an SN1 reaction depends on the leaving group - is that what you were referring to as the electrophile? If that's what you're talking about then yes...Increase concentration of reactant (compound w/ leaving group)..reaction rate increases
 
The SN1 reaction depends on the concentration of only the halide.. not the nucleophile. Since the halide is an electrophile......It will double only
