I want to know which way the wire should be twisted if I wanted to power torque lower right 7s to the lingual. I know it may seem to be a dumb question but any answer would really help. I was thinking that I should twist the wire of the opposite side more mesial, but I am not quite sure.

Are you trying to put lingual crown torque on the LR 7?

Make sure the lower dental arch is completely leveled with a thick stainless steel rectangular wire (at least a 16x22SS for 018 slot OR 19x25SS for 022 slot). First, you have to convert the LR 6 molar tube with a converting plier or blade. Then, you twist the rectangular wire lingually with 2 torquing pliers.
