Osteopathic Internship

I'm an MS4 currently applying to osteopathic internships and mostly advanced spots in allopathic PM&R programs. I realize that there are some specialties where DOs who did an osteopathic internship end up having to repeat an intern year at an allopathic institute before doing their designated PGY2 allopathic residency?

Does anybody know if this is a problem with any allopathic PM&R residencies or are they pretty accepting and consider a traditional year to be equivalent to a transitional/prelim.

The overwhelming majority of PM&R programs that start at the PGY-2 level accept the osteopathic rotating internship as a fundamental clinical skills year as described by the ACGME program requirements.

Sorry, I don't have anything except my impression, but it seems like osteopathic rotating internships have such strict guidelines to ensure a well-rounded internship compared to say.. ACGME transitional internships.. that I haven't heard of accepting an osteopathic rotating internship as being a problem for those going into advanced ACGME spots. (but I would like to know what the final word on this is)

Given it is "one of the option-3 specialities" requiring an osteopathic traditional rotating internship (TRI), does one apply to PM&R simultaneously when applying for TRI - or apply during the PGY-1 year through ERAS? Thanks 👍
