What are some of the more informative pain management conferences out there and when are they? I ask this b/c this is a multi-disciplinary field and I'm not completely sure.

Thanks.

ISIS conferences are the most intense in one specific area.
Texas Tech has a conference coming up that is usually quite interesting.
ASIPP courses and SPPM use a broad paintbrush of interventional pain with SPPM also offering classes on starting up surgery centers and office practices, etc.
For a walk on the wild side, try the American Academy of Pain Management.
The American Academy of Pain Medicine is usually a good conference.
PASSOR offers good cadaver courses.
