I am preparing for part 2 and I hear that understanding implants are
an important part of this exam. Does anyone know any good links on
the most up to date implant info.

i wouldn't stress over it. i took part 2 with minimal studying in mid january and there were very few if any questions on implants. definitely no questions that stand out in my mind.
