Okay this PEF and letter of rec situation is still confusing for me. Some OMFS program websites specifically say 3 letters of rec required. Are people mailing in a 3rd letter to the program? Or do they count the deans eval?
Plus I was just told by my faculty who did the PEF and he said it was questions, not a "traditional letter of rec" as the PASS website describes it as (yes he filled out a PEF, not PPI). So my 3rd letter that I send in individually would be an actual letter not a PEF...
I did search the forums and CMistry said he just did what PASS allows ( 2PEFs, 3-5PPI) and he didn't have any problems.
Suggestions??
