After many sleepless nights I am glad to say that I passed by NBDE Part II. Most important advice I can give is get a GOOD night's sleep before the exam (it'll help you think clearly) and TRUST YOURSELF to make the right decision. There were so many questions where I couldn't remember how I knew the answer but it just "seemed right" and it later turned out to be the case. You have absorbed a lot of dental facts over the years, be confident that your brain will come through with some of the random questions that come up. There is a significant portion of this test which YOU CANNOT STUDY FOR. It is there to assess the broad spectrum of your knowledge so just do the best you can. As for what study resource to use, there is no BEST resource. Again, do your best and study (not so hard that you burn yourself out like I did which killed my motivation towards the end) and you should be fine.
