My "neighborhood" is well known for halloween but 200 kids wow.. I dont think so.. Ill stick with my estimate of about 100.
 
On a final note.. How old were you when you last went trick or treating? For me I was about 11 or 12..

Never got to trick or treat when I was growing up. Our town had it banned because a couple of kids got hit my cars a killed. The last year I was in that town the ban was lifted, but by then I was too old, so I went around with my younger brother and sister.

I was a gymnast, and our coaches didn't want us collecting candy SO, no matter what the day they always had a mandatory practice for us on Halloween. If it was a Saturday or SUnday you could be excused for religious reasons, but other than that, if you didn't show up you couldn't compete until January. Thus, I think my last year trick or treating was somewhere around 8 or 9.
 
I got IE 7 seems to give the whole internet a different look.
 
anyone else on here sick and tired of hearing about the John Kerry thing.. that guy is a tool and FWIW I think he did a big favor for the repubs.. FWIW Im an independent (if you were wondering)..

I grew up in a small town where we usually made it to most houses in the town. Rarely did we stick to just a neighborhood. The advantages of rural areas...you run free and get lots of candy. 😀

I am a pretty fervent supporter of the troops, and am strongly considering becoming a guard doc, and I think they have beat him into the ground pretty well.
I mostly like how his own party is throwing on the pile. But yes, they can do it without me having to hear about it.

I can't wait til Friday at about noon...a lot less stress and I will be taking a "me day" finally.
 
What is so special about after noon? Finishing a test?

I'm just sitting here on my off day doing nothing more than checking my email every 15 minutes. Gotta see those invites hot off the press.

You got it...four exams in one week is not my ideal situation...oh well..2 more left!!!
 
Shows how well I am paying attention to the future schedule...just discovered my exam tomorrow is at noon...I guess that gives me a little more time to cram more info in the little brain...

man yesterday was a busy day. Ab Pain after ab pain... I did an anoscopy, pelvic drew blood from the radial artery (had to use both hands). what a day..
 
Urgent Care today baby! Should be procedure oriented!

Just 1 pelvic? Do you have a gyn hospital next door or something? I always found myself lucky to get out with 2 in one shift. One time I did something on the order of 8.

Oh I have had those days as well. Best part of this "pelvic" was that her BMI was 40+ and the reason was..
 
I am on my period and now have some "clots" and epigastric pain..?

This gets old.. If it is a big job I sometimes ask the med student if they want to do it. Or if it is something kind of cool I do the same. Most of them are all the same.. I do still want some more experience with mattresses and sub-Q sutures.
 
after OB I guess thats a layered closure.. maybe i dont need more sub-q help.
 
No rain here today (near the middle). Guess we just have to deal with being cold.
 
There's some hatin' going on in the military forum against EM docs. Desparado is left to fend for himself. One of the comments was "what is an EM doc but an FP who can intubate".
