I have Mac OS X 10.8 and I tried to play pathoma videos but I can't do it even though I have all the requirements. Does anyone else have this problem?

Try restarting the program and your mac. I had a similar issue, i have OS 10.6 (haven't updated in a while), which resolved after restarting. It should work.

If the black circle is spinning at log in, the directions are on the support page. Otherwise, if you submit a support request, they are pretty quick to respond.
