Lub dub... Hope everyone had a nice weekend.. I drove down to Ohio for a wedding on my wifes side of the family.. Good fun.. I got to see my little neice.. 5 months old.. AWESOME!!
 
Drats foiled again. I was contacting several hacker friends to try and get access to the SDN database and have my self forever be recorded as the originator of the Fatty McFattybomb. CURSE you ERMUDPHUD :meanie:

Its sad when folks start putting their priorities in the wrong place. Family, work should come a distant second/third to post-padding. I admit I'm new at the posting stuff even though I've been lurking for 3/4 years, but you have to admit, I'm doing a decent job of helping out our Emergency Medicine Post Dominance.

The only downside to skiing is that it has the temporary effect of diminshing one of my best...er....assets 😛.

I missed out on padding so I guess I should catch up.. thats what happens on the weekends when I have to travel..

Yeah i felt that same way except that my sub-i finishes 2 weeks prior to my sub-i.. so that should get me up to snuff.
 
Nice.. How about Ireland? Me and my wife are still trying to decide where to go.. we have been to a lot of places but still trying to decide on a trip.. probably gonna look for last minute airfare to europe..

We're not going to make it to Ireland. My hubby & daughter have never been away from N America (essentially) so I figured 2 weeks in the UK would be a good way to start out. 🙂

My parents went to Ireland a couple of years ago & really liked it.
 
Yeah I just checked the net.. there are some dirt cheap fares to Dublin and Shannon.. I have never been there before.. is there enough stuff to do in Ireland to make it worthwhile for 5-7 days..
 
Wife is thinking naples... been there for a short time..
 
I think she wants to go back.. See the rest of the Amalfi coast!
 
right.. We have also been to some of the lesser seen parts of Europe but we would like to see the common ones as well.. I bet not too many people have been to Latvia and Estonia..
 
I think our list consists of Paris, Dublin, Brussels, Prague.. Berlin.. Lets see how it plays out..
 
too complex and confusing.. Latin America is gonna be too $$$.. Sux.. Oh well I guess we can go to chilly Europe.. BURRRR..

I'm not going on a vacation, but doing an away rotation in Las Vegas in forensic path!! so pretty much its a vacation for me since I dont' want to do path (all i have to do is pass) and hope some cool stuff happens (always does in vegas, right?).

Well, I'm going there next Sunday, will be there for a month! any SDN folks know of fun stuff to do there?

yeah, I think I'll do that. hmm, but is that all to do in vegas. I know I'll play some texas hold'em poker. Maybe I should start a thread and see what would be fun. I've got 30 days...so I guess about 30 things to do should keep me busy. Of course, besides studying.

yeah i opened up a new thread because I'm selfish. probably won't help anyone else, but might get me a few answers.

I can always go to barnes and noble and buy a book, but I like the opinions on here a lot more!

I am planning to go to Vegas for a little 4 day hiatus in March...I have a good deal on roundtrip airfare for $150 (from Seattle to Vegas), but none of my friends are interested in going. 😡

Anyone have a good recommendation for a cheap hotel? Any hidden gems on the strip? I've never been to Vegas before.
