And here's a question. What do neurologists do? I mean, besides find the lesion? Once you know where it is, there's not much you can do, is there?

They treat seizures and a ton of other stuff socute.. study away... 🙂
 
Lesson of the day on why IM stinks.. I spent 7 hours trying to dc a patient home.. insane..

MIght as well just hit 1K...

FWIW neuro is a lotof dx and then they treat MS, Seizures, Alzheimers, and Parkinsons.. when I did neuro this was the majority ofour patients.. oh and of course strokes..
 
Admitted 3 easy patients today and discharged one complex one who I assume ill get back in a few days... such is the life... 7 days and couting!
 
4k has to be around the corner for me. i imagine it will come by next call ... wednesday... hopefully it will be a better day than today..
