Pay Timeline Clarification

Could someone experienced please fill out the below list with any blanks and questions (italics) filled in? Thanks I think a lot folks could benefit from a post like this.

Additional Special Pay (ASP): Bonus Given to all physicians not in training. Paid in one lump sum usually around July. Currently 15K.

Variable Special Pay (VSP): Monthly pay given to docs based on time in service. See link to pay chart

Incentive Special Pay (ISP): Specialty pay based upon your specialty (just went up for primary care). Paid ___(lump sum or broken up?)_____. Time of year _____. Board certified to get this, or board eligible?_______

Multi-Year Special Pay (MSP): _____Pay given after agreeing to increase one's obligation. Usually paid in one lump sum annually_____.

Board Certification Pay: Paid monthly in the amounts listed on the table provided by link below.

ISP - lump sum. Often happens in Oct. Only need to be board eligible and priviledged in your specialty. ISP may differ based on whether or not you are on a Multi-year contract.

MSP - lump sum Happens when you sign your contract, so it can be anytime. Mine is 1 Jan at the moment at one point it was 1 Jul. You may apply for it after you finish your obligated service or 8 years, whichever comes first. If you have an obligation when you sign your MSP contract it is consecutive with the other obligation. There is a loophole for second residency and fellowship where if you sign prior to starting, the time in fellowship/2nd residency counts towards payback as does time immediately after fellowship. If you sign one day too late. It is consecutive.
