Does the new outline for pcat 2015 not include Thermochemistry like Enthalpy, Entropy, Delta G,Delta H,Delta S, Gibbs Free energy, Hess law? Does it also not include the electrochemistry or the electrolysis?

According to the pcatweb, the new outline for Gen Chem includes these:

A. Atomic Theory
1. Structure 2. Ions 3. Periodicity

B. Chemical Bonding
1. Nomenclature/formulas 2. Bonding

C. Reactions and Reaction Mechanisms
1. Types of reactions 2. Balancing equations 3. Equilibrium 4. Stoichiometry

D. Kinetic Theory
1. States of matter 2. Gas laws 3. Causes and effects of changes in states

E. Solutions
1. Concentration (pH) 2. Solubility 3. Acid–base theories

G. Nuclear Chemistry: Radioisotopes

None of the above include Thermochemistry like Enthalpy, Entropy, Gibbs Free energy or Hess law. So does this mean none of these will be tested on?

Thanks.

they kind of combine thermodynamics and kinetics together. You won't need to know how to calculate anything specifically (maybe just know the equation deltaG = deltaH - TdeltaS for reference) but you should know what they mean and how changes in one would affect the others (or what defines endothermic/exothermic/spontaneous/nonspontaneous). For electrochemistry, i think you just need to know cell potentials.
