I took the PCAT exam today in one of your testing centers earlier this morning. I got a Preliminary Score Report immediately after I finished the exam. I got a scaled score of 422 and a Composite Percentile Rank of 83. From what I understood the Composite Percentile Rank means that I did better than 82% of the students who took the exam and I am in a good position to get into a Pharmacy School. However, when I researched online about my score I got some ambiguous results. Are Percentile and Percentile Rank the same thing? If so, how different will my Official Score Report be from my Preliminary Score Report?

Percentile and Percentile Rank are the same thing.

From what I've gathered, your preliminary scores will differ very little from the official scores, if at all.

They're the same thing. Your official score, which is pretty good by the way, shouldn't change.
