Hi everyone, please let me know what does that mean percentile 18%. how do they calculate?

It means you did better than 18% of the people who took the PCAT and 82% of the test takers did better than you. Each question has a value (I think based on difficulty) and it'll calculate based on that and then compare your scores to others.
