PCOM Class of 2007 Match List

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Albert Einstien must love you guys. They took like 6 of you.
probably more then that....as you can't tell how many matched in a single program....kind of underscores things such as how 5 PCOM'ers matched into Jeff's anest. program last year

not that it really matters for anything more then stroking egos.....but I'll post an exact count when I get a chance to see the list on paper

Actually there are 11 people going to Einstein from my class (remember, that list that Josh produced doesn't show multiple people going into the same field in the same place)

Yep. 11 people.

Albert Einstein:

3 EMED
2 IM
2 OB/GYN
2 Psych
1 IM/Peds
1 Peds

Well, I for one am impressed by that match list...

From the looks of it, there are a lot of happy people on that list...and that's all that matters...

I think they should all be proud of themselves for that...

Sometimes when your in the trenches its good to see the light at the end of the trenches.

wow, that IS impressive.

just a quick question, i'll be a 1st year in the fall.

what factors of an application do residencies most focus on? gpa & boards scores? what about clubs/volunteering/leadership etc?

i dont know what kind of dr i want to be but i'd like to keep my options open.

thanks!

All of the above

Boards
Clinical Grades
LORs
Preclinical Grades
Research
Organizational Involvement

Was the above list in order of importance?

Each program and program director have different things they are looking for. Numbers will get your application looked at but wont necessarily get you matched.
