Hi everyone,

I was recently accepted to PCOM, and I was planning on putting down my seat deposit. I was looking over the other schools I applied to, and the only other school I think I would ever consider would be Nova. Does anyone have any insight in comparing these two schools?

I am from ~45 mins outside Philly in a neighboring state, so it would be nice to stay close to family. But I also hate snow and would absolutely love to be in warmer weather year round.

Any advice is appreciated!!

I'll have to look into that...I thought Nova was only slightly more expensive than pcom

Just checked. Depends on whether or not you are a resident or non-resident.

Nova tuition is 7K/year more (relative to PCOM) since you are non-FL resident-->~30K+interest over four years.

Add in cost of living difference to that.

If I were in your shoes, I'd go PCOM.

Thanks for the break down, I'm definitely leaning more towards PCOM now!!

Isn't PCOM a DO school, and Nova an MD school? In that case, it seems like an easy choice to go to Nova.
