Anyone know ABOUT how long they take to contact you after your application is complete? It's been well over a month now...all they will say on the phone is,"We interview through March."

Which spawns another question....what do I do with the acceptances that are coming due from the other schools while I wait for PCOM?

My file has been complete since November 9th! I keep on calling and they say that it's still under review and they interview until March. My suggestion is that you update your grades (just did that this week) if you have grades from this last fall and keep in touch with the school. I visited the school this past summer and I would love to attend. The average MCAT/GPA's for PCOM is on the higher end of D.O. schools and they're well established, so they may be more selective than say, LECOM (not that LECOM is a bad school or anything).

Regarding acceptances from other schools, I would suggest that if their deadlines are coming up, leave a deposit. If you really want to attend PCOM and you get accepted, you just lose out on your deposit. To be on the safe side, I would leave a deposit at one school with the hopes of getting an acceptance from PCOM.
