PCT or MA?

I have two potential jobs. Patient care technician and clinical assistant (basically medical assistant). The physician at the medical assistant position says in their description for the job: "looking for a student interested in healthcare and wants to gain exposure to a private practice. Will readily answer any questions and write LORs." The PCT is at Dialysis. Would one job look better or is it just personal preference?
