I am curious because given that it's been over a decade since I've graduated dental school, programs that are more number-focused would be evaluating my application based on very old information.

If you’re wanting to provide programs with current “proof of life” of your academic prowess, you might consider taking the ADAT exam. If next year is like this past year, if you take the exam in April or May schools will be able to see a preliminary score by the middle of June. That’s plenty of time to study.
