Created this form (like to 2017 one - Pedo 2017) for people to post interview invites and info as they start to roll in this cycle. Good luck everybody!

Hey guys...I'm a second year resident at UCLA and our director (Dr. Silva) wanted us to spread the word that UCLA will NO LONGER BE REQUIRING the ADAT.
Due to conflicting info on ADEA and UCLA websites it will be waived this year 🙂

Not sure if this deterred any of you from applying but check it out and shoot over an app before September 15 if that was the only thing keeping you from applying.

This has probably been asked before but does anyone know for sure if the LMC programs communicate with each other about who they invite for interviews? Just curious to see if they limit the number of invites any one person could get at the LMC sites.

Hi PEDDENT84! I was faculty for a LMC AEGD program. I am not sure about Pedo, but from the AEGD side each site is basically it's own complete separate AEGD program, which is why you have to apply to each individually. We are competing with other programs for these applicants and interviews, and we definitely don't know who has applied where. It is possible that LMC Pedo programs purposely try and not overlap interviews so they have a better chance of individuals being able to make as many as they can, but this is just a guess. If LMC Pedo is like the AEGD side, I would say you can could get an infinite number of invites.
