Hi everyone,
I am attending UPenn next Fall and will be totally new to Philadelphia. I was wondering if anyone had any information on housing options. I have checked out the school's website for both on and off-campus housing, but if anyone has any information from personal experience about living in Philadelphia, I would really appreciate it. If I live off campus, I would like to live within walking distance or perhaps a 5-10 minute drive to the school. Does anyone know which neighborhoods to check out, avoid, etc.? I would like to spend no more than ~$700 rent on a studio/one-bedroom apt. if possible.
Also, if anyone has any information about the on-campus Dental House (other than the basics indicated on their pamphlet), I would really appreciate it.
Thanks a lot!
