People who took the 2015 mcat - TPR vs actual mcat

I saw the doc with people's practice test scores for TPR vs the actual AAMC test and some people did a lot better on the actual one. For those who have taken the actual test, do you think TPR tests are just harder and more confusing that the actual test? How would you explain the differences?
