For those of us about to start radiation oncology in a few weeks, I was wondering if others could weigh in on the three textbooks above. Strengths and weakness comparing the various texts.

Seriously, all the textbooks are more or less the same. I would suggest that you select one that does NOT include authors from your institution. You will spend the next four years being indoctrinated into your institution's way of treating (for better and worse) and it is refreshing to get an outside perspective.
 
I recommend waiting for the new Leibel coming out this fall. Last Brady is bad and Gunderson is getting outdated a bit.
