Keep it formal. Make a brief statement about yourself. Tell people why you want to go into ENT (nothing lame like you did a cric on your dog when you were 15 and since then wanted to be an ENT...). Tell people why you're qualified (and I don't me that you got 250 on Step I; they already know that). Tell people what you want to do afterwards if you know (don't say make money). Lastly, thank them for the chance to interview and reinforce that you want ENT.
