Hey guys, sorry if this is a stupid question, but I was wondering what the difference between pharmaceutics and medicinal chemistry is. I googled it, but the hits I got online weren't very clear. Which one focuses more on drug interactions in the body and the effects of drugs on the body? Thanks!

Pharmaceutics is about drug delivery (dosage forms) and Med Chem is about drug structure influencing drug function.

The study of how drugs work in the body is pharmacology (neither pharmaceutics nor med chem)
