Pharmacist from Egypt

I'm not sure if this thread belongs here, I'm sorry if it doesn't. I'm trying to find out for a pharmacist I work with - who received her pharmacy degree in Egypt then interned and took an exam when she came to the US to be a pharmacist in retail - how she can begin working in a hospital. Since she doesn't have a PharmD degree, what is the process for her to make this happen? Does she need to take an exam or go back to school? Any information is appreciated. Thanks.
