Pharmcas entered coursework entry wrong. Is it too late?

I was wondering if it's too late to change something on the coursework entry I had paid them to enter.
The problem is that instead of putting that I had a combined lecture and lab for my anatomy class, they just listed it as lecture only and now my pharmacy school messaged me saying that I am missing anatomy lab even though it was integrated in one class.
Is it too late for them to change it to the real information even though I paid them?
