Hey, how does pharm cas gpa calculate the science gpa? does it only do the basic pre reqs like bio/gen chem/orgo/ etc, or does it take in account the weird science classes like medical terminology/biochemistry/health ethics/etc too?

If you look at the end of your PharmCAS application (once all transcripts and submission to your chosen programs has taken place). PharmCAS will calculate just your prerequisites along with all non-science courses and cumulative GPA with the sGPA.
The only thing highlighted to the schools and you as the applicant is the cumulative and science GPAs (Unless you and the programs decide to dig deeper on the application process near the end of your pharmCAS portal).
