Hi I am having trouble sending a UCF transcript to pharmcas. Do I send a electronic PDF version for 15$ or the UPS version for 30$. Also, what email (if any) is used to give to pharmcas

I just printed out their request form (from PharmCAS) took it to my school and they took care of the rest

The school is very far for me so I can't print it for them

Most places you can fax or attach the form online... They want the paper transcript not the PDF version.

1) you print the request form from pharmcas. Fill them out.
2) Print the official transcript request from your school, fill them out
3) Fax 1+2 to your school (or mail) Make sure ask them to attach #1

+1 that's what I did

My school has dealt with many of these transcript request forms from PharmCAS and based on their experience, these inserts actually complicated the online process and frequently slowed it down. My school looked into this with PharmCAS and other organizations and found that these entities will process the transcripts without the "insert" AS LONG AS YOUR ID# IS CLEARLY ON THE RECIPIENT MAILING ADDRESS. For example: "To: PharmCAS ID#2015123456." This way they can match up your transcripts with the info in your PharmCAS application. My school even had a sample address, and guess what? They used the exact address from PharmCAS. My school however did state that if I'm not comfortable with this then have it done manually, meaning bring the insert to school. I can only speak for my school so I would advise everyone to call their respective school registrar office. Good luck

Some schools use an online service called parchment, they have an option of attaching a file.
