physicians anti-HMO?

There are pros and cons (from the patient's perspective) to both HMOs and PPOs but questions like the one below make it seem like HMOs are entirely bad for physicians? Are there any positives regarding HMOs for doctors?

How would your plans differ if you knew that all physicians would be working in HMO’s in the future?
