Ans 3: cDna is also k.a. Complementary DNA which is formed from the m-RNA.

From m-rna DNA is made with the help of enzyme reverse transcriptase. This
DNA is introduced in plasmids to make the library.

Ans 8: Are you sure abt the spellings???

Ans 10: If the choices have Cardiac muscles, I will go for that.

Ans 12 Alykynapturia????? Is it alkyl urine?
If it is then the reason is adrenal & PTH problems.

No, Alkaptonuria is a defect in tyrosine metabolism and leads to accumulation of toxic homogentisic acid in the body. It affects cartilage, heart, kidneys etc. Treatment is avoiding tyrosine or phenylalanine in the diet and taking adequate recommended doses of Vit-C.
