Hey guys, i just finished first year of pod school with a 2.9 GPA. I come from a weak level college and so i was having a hard time passing classes but now i am much more adapted to the system. I'm involved in a couple of clubs but that's about it. My goal was to get into hoboken residency, which requires a high gpa as you guys might know, but i don't know if that goal is achievable anymore. Please give me some advices on how i should approach my 2nd year and if getting into Hoboken is still an option for me.

Thank you for your time and effort!

relax. enjoy your break. you still have 2 more years to pull up that gpa (not that 2.9 is terrible)
no advice can help you because only you know how you study.
study your butt off next 2 years then you won't have to worry about not having the grades for the program you desire. (Hoboken takes 5/yr. that's plenty of room)

My advice is to get some board review books and use those to guide you in your classes. If the class discusses it and its in a review book, you can bet you'll see it on the test...but for now, during your only summer off, I think a little bit of beer would be your best bet.
