  1. Podiatry Student
Hey i know its kind of silly question but i just want to be on safe side. Since Podiatry is a PROFESSIONAL SCHOOL i was wondering do the profs or school administration expects or implements a specific dress code or anything is acceptable (ofcourse in limits of decency🙂).

I know in some business schools they expect the students to be always in a formal business attire (not suit but just as if they are working in an office). During my interview at Scholl i didnt saw anysuch thing nor on that video "A day at Scholl" shows anything but still i just wanted to double check.

I assume its informal, it's class after all. I planned to wear shorts, a T-shirt, and flip-flops on our first day (as any other day of my life =P)

There is a dress code for clinical tho...

You should wear tails and a top hat. Match your cane to your cummerbund.

I wore casual but neat attire.

I am a summer intern at Scholl, and class attire is informal. Clinical is another story but I am sure you already knew that. Jeans and a clean t-shirt are acceptable. Good luck

Try taking a look at the handbook for your school. They usually cover this topic well.

Typically, first and second year dress code is anything (within normal limits) since you're just in classes and labs all day. For labs, you wear scrubs and/or a lab coat. Most schools have a clinical dress code for 3rd and 4th year students.
