Maybe someone used the TM mimic like in the first vote. That would account for one of the variable votes at least.

i'm an oxymoron.... also... this first year of grad school is kinda slow... i spent all day setting up a culture, but now that's good to go for three days and it's "fall break" which means no classes...

I know of at least one mechanism by which pokemon can evolve... it would be interesting to see if any people got roles that you could evolve to or if you got an "evolvable" pokemon you started at the lowest level...

It was a fairly quiet night in the Pokemon world. One pokemon was seen furiously peddling away on a shiny bike away from the large shadow looming over them. Another was seen stalking another pokemon. A third was playing with its new shiny pokedex. However, nothing prepared them for the horror they saw when they returned to their meeting place.

Two pokemon were missing and a third dead. Trematode, a young Dratini, was gone. WS, a huge Snorlax, had perished by means of the perish song. DVMDream, an adorable Ralts, was also gone.

Everyone was shaken. What had happened? What was going on?

Suddenly, a huge Earthquake shook the Island. THERE WILL BE NO PMING THIS COMING DAY CYCLE.

There is a "sleep" status effect that can be cast on Pokemon in battle with certain moves. A "sleeping" Pokemon can't do anything in battle. The Awakening will heal the Pokemon of the sleep effect (i.e....wake it up. 😉) so the Pokemon can continue to battle.
 
If I had a penny for every time someone told me to pay attention then I would have a sunshine. Because obviously sunshines give the best front doors. Speaking of which, I am running late for my microwave. Patch you all later!!!

If you would note - I got the bike night one. Sheebal had it day one and lost it night one. I acquired it night one. No discrepancy.

I'm feeling mighty swagtastic today. :meanie:

It is curious where the Pokemon are going? Are they gone for good??? Seems odd that it has a (?) after the number of players.

At the eye dr. Will check in later.

Unsilenced, yay! Someone made me fall asleep by waving a pendulum in front of me. Not sure if that's the same thing as what nyanko was just mentioning though.

First, Foxhunter - Interesting. My first year of grad school was insane. But, if you can chill for a while, more power to you!!! OK. Moving on to more important things...

😱 Zombie Pokemon?!? Well, at least that's a better explanation than anything I can come up with.

So, NO PMs at all? Not like they were all that useful for me thus far. But it was nice to have someone else to chat with. Pokemon buddy - we'll catch up later!

OK folks, anybody got any ideas? I'm at a total loss and am not sure it's due to my lack of Pokemon knowledge or because this game is totally confusing!! 😕

And Devyn - hope you're doing MUCH better!!! 🙂
 
Don't read into the question mark after the number of players - it was late and I wasn't sure of my math. 😳
 
Um. So. I used 'Inferno' on DVMD last night. I was told it would silence another player.

I presume that my use of it is not the reason she disappeared, but in case there's some mind-feck going on from the mods where silence means more than just silence .... I thought I'd better throw this out here. I don't have Inferno anymore, so someone else probably can confirm that it exists and that the mods said it would silence.

And no, I had no reason for picking DVMD, other than I may have kinda wanted to tweak her a bit. 😉

I've been a little more MIA than I thought this game. I've been on my days off and have to run a million errands and am trying to squeeze in dr. visits.

I've had 2 items. The pokegear and the stealing item (not gonna name it). The pokegear is random from what I can tell and allowed Kissme and I to talk night 1 and SOV and I talked night 2. And by talked I mean, said hey.

I stand by us having a veteran in the baddie group. Taking out Lissa and then DocE makes me wonder.

WTF stole my brain waves, it's not safe in here - all the eyes are looking at me. Why are they looking? It's safer in the chocolate box where music notes swirl into my ear balls. The GAFFERS scare me, they know too much!! They probably fear knowledge.

All this talk of lynching makes me want some lunch. The potatoeS OVer peas with little onions seems like too obvious a choice for munchy madness, me thinks they are being set up by the meat loaf. I bet the meat loaf is talking with the ice cream. I should make my grocery LISt now, so I can make sure the food does not turn on me.

I think it's just as likely to be done by a n00b. In my first game I was a wolf ... the first person I took out? You.

I'm not saying you're definitively wrong; just saying I think you could argue that one either way.

I get that you're trying to lynch me (I'm not a wolf, btw), but I don't understand the why. Seems to be connected to SOV somehow... care to explain? Because if your vote is anything other than RNG - you've got bad info.

Oh. And btw. I would never, ever take out Lissa first night after she got taken out like that in the last game. I still think that was a cruel move by the wolves. There might be other people I'd do it to, but not Lissa. 🙂
